MFGA EXECUTIVE
Meet the members
Dan Mosier
President
Born and raised in Alberta, Dan’s lifelong passion for the outdoors began at just two months old during his first backcountry camping trip to the Rocky Mountains.
His extensive outdoor pursuits include hunting, fishing, photography, shooting sports, camping, hiking, and outdoor education, with a strong focus on conservation.
Dan has dedicated over 20 years to the Millet Fish & Game Association (MFGA), serving as its President for four years. He is also deeply involved with the Alberta Wildlife Federation (AWF), the MFGA’s parent organization, currently holding the position of Zone 3 Hunting Chair for the AWF.
Dan looks forward to connecting with you at a MFGA event. Feel free to reach out to him with any questions about the club or the outdoors that you have.

I have been an avid Hunter, Fisherman and Outdoorsman my whole life. I love being part of the MFGA executive to help grow our membership and help others, young and old, share the passion for the Outdoor Lifestyle!!
Dave Olafson

My love of the outdoors began at an early age and has continued throughout my life. I have been a member of the Millet Fish and Game for 30-plus years and enjoy the camaraderie with like minded people.
Sydney Gulewicz
Secretary
I’ve always had a deep appreciation for the outdoors—there’s nothing quite like the peace that comes with being out in nature.
I really enjoy spending time with the Millet Fish and Game Association. It’s a welcoming place with a dedicated community of people who share the same respect for wildlife, commitment to conservation, and passion for the outdoor lifestyle.
Melanie Afelskie
Membership Chair
Having grown up in the Yukon my love for the outdoors was instilled in me before I could walk. Being in the woods and one with nature is where I’m happiest.
I moved to Millet in 2014 and joined MFGA in 2020. I’m so proud to be a part of this organization and all we have and strive to accomplish for our community.
I’m passionate about conservation and keeping the outdoors accessible to everyone.
Jeremy Dodd
Hunting Chair/Social Media
I have a passion for everything outdoors, started at a young age tagging along with my Dad on some of his fishing and hunting trips. Bowhunting is my favorite thing to do, but you can find me every fall chasing after geese and ducks with one of my labradors. Giving back to conservation is one of the many reasons why I became part of MFGA, I’ve been lucky to make some friends along the way.
Kelly Kijewski
Archery Chair
Being in the outdoors to experience everything that nature has to offer, whether I’m hiking, hunting, fishing, or camping is what I am most passionate about. I would love for anyone interested to come and check out what our Millet Fish And Game club has to offer and see what it is all about.
Ken Zielke

Greetings, I have been a member of the MFGA for nearly 6 years. I have served as Secretary for the association for four of those years. As well I look after the club Skeet /Trap shooting program, which is held on Thursday evenings from late spring through fall, weather permitting. I certainly enjoy the camaraderie of the membership and club events held throughout the year.
Robin Brooks
Building Chair
I have been a member for 10 years and enjoy the club activities and the great people.
Keith Duncan
Education Chair
Being part of Millet Fish and Game Association allows me to give back to the community that supports the hobbies I love, such as archery and clay shooting. It also allows me to spend time with like-minded people while promoting wildlife education, responsible stewardship and sustainable outdoor traditions.

Rex Johnson
Fishing Chair
I have always been passionate about the outdoors, and have had numerous outdoor pursuits during my lifetime. I strongly believe in conservation and outdoor education, enabling everyone to experience what nature has to offer. Being involved with the Millet Fish and Game Association, provides the opportunity to share experiences with others who have similar interests and provides me opportunities to interact with the Millet community where I have resided for many years.
